At Thread Thesis by ZENITH LIFESTYLE, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we are happy to facilitate a return or refund as per the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided at the time of dispatch.
Requests raised after this window will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.

2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
• All original tags are intact and attached
• The item is in its original packaging
• The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
• Items with removed or damaged tags
• Sale items or items purchased during promotional / discount events
• Items returned without prior approval from our support team
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Contact Us: Reach out within 3 days of delivery via Email or WhatsApp using the contact details at the bottom of this page.
Step 2 – Share Details: Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
Step 3 – Attach Photos: Include clear photographs of the item, showing any defect or issue if applicable.
Step 4 – Await Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours with approval or further instructions.
Step 5 – Ship the Item: Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error.


5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., wrong item sent, manufacturing defect).

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of
delivery with clear photographs of the product. In such cases, Thread Thesis will bear the return shipping
cost and either replace the item or issue a full refund — at your preference.

• We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our
website.
• In case of any dispute, Thread Thesis's decision shall be final and binding.
