At Thread Thesis by ZENITH LIFESTYLE, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If your purchase doesn’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, we are happy to facilitate an exchange to ensure you find the right match.


Exchange Eligibility

To maintain our quality standards, please ensure your request meets the following criteria:

  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
  • Scope: We offer size exchanges or product replacements only. We do not offer monetary refunds, except in specific cases of stock unavailability (see below).
  • Exclusions: Items purchased during a sale or via promotional discount offers are not eligible for exchange.

The Exchange Process

  • Initiate: Contact us via Email or WhatsApp at customercare.threadthesis@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • Details: Please provide your Order Number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the request.
  • Shipment: Once your request is approved, please ship the product back to the return address provided by our team.
  • Inspection & Dispatch: After we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will process the exchange and dispatch your new selection.

Important Considerations

  • Reverse Pickup: Reverse pickup may be available in select locations; however, shipping charges may apply.
  • Out-of-Stock Items: If your requested size or replacement product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
  • Damaged or Defective Goods: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To expedite the process, please include clear photographs of the product.
